Dinner Course A - Choose from a main course such as marinated salmon or roasted Wagyu beef (6 dishes total) 6,000 yen
Enjoy the arrival of winter with an amuse-bouche of foie gras confit, an appetizer of marinated salmon in sour cream and dill sauce, and a seasonal soup. Choose from three main dishes. For dessert, finish off your meal with moonlight lily root mousse and strawberry milk sorbet.
For an additional 1,500 yen, you can choose a special main dish.
Dinner Course B: Appetizers, fish dishes, and grilled Kitajima wine pork (7 dishes in total) 8,000 yen
The amuse-bouche starts with foie gras confit and marinated salmon in sour cream and dill sauce. Enjoy steamed flounder followed by grilled North Island wine pork. The meal concludes with a moonlight lily root mousse and strawberry milk sorbet.
Dinner Course C: Appetizers, fish dishes, and roasted Wagyu beef (7 dishes) 9,500 yen
