Enjoy the arrival of spring with an amuse bouche of foie gras mousse, appetizers of Hokkaido ingredients such as scallops and udo, and a potage soup made from fresh burdock root. You can choose from three luxurious main dishes. For dessert, enjoy lemon cream and fresh mango with birch syrup jelly to finish off your meal. Enjoy a luxurious dinner with coffee or tea.

A course meal that allows you to experience the bounty of Hokkaido using ingredients from Hokkaido. We offer a choice of hot appetizers, including foie gras mousse as an amuse bouche, scallops and udo as appetizers from Hokkaido ingredients. After the spring mackerel mi-cuit, you can choose one of the luxurious meat dishes for the main dish. The dessert is lemon cream and fresh mango with birch syrup jelly to finish off the meal.
